CRE.YesMontgomeryVA.org is a FREE multiple listing website for commercial real estate (CRE) in Montgomery County, VA; including the Towns of Blacksburg and Christiansburg. The website is designed so that uses can search, add and/or manage commercial property listings.

What's its purpose?

CRE.YesMontgomeryVA.org’s purpose is to be a tool that connects prospective and existing companies to the commercial real estate they need to start, expand or relocate their businesses in Montgomery County; thereby, spurring the creation of new jobs and capital investment in the community.

Listing Guidelines:

Properties eligible to be listed through CRE.YesMontgomeryVA.org must meet ALL of the following requirements:

Must be in Montgomery County-Blacksburg-Christiansburg, Virginia

Must be available for sale or lease.  For sale buildings will only be listed if space is available for immediate occupancy by the purchaser.  Investment property is not eligible for listing.

How to Add a Listing:

In order to list a property through CRE.YesMontgomeryVA.org you must sign up for an CRE User Account.  Once created, you can submit new sites and buildings for listing as well as edit those you have added in the past.

Why list a property through CRE.YesMontgomeryVA.org?

Its free exposure. The Montgomery County Economic Development Department is often the first point of contact for companies needing space in Montgomery County, Virginia. Based on their needs, department staff work to connect these prospects with the local brokers, realtors and property owners who have land or space meeting their criteria. If we don’t know your listing exist, we can’t refer them.

Its free marketing. YesMontgomeryVA.org, on average, receives over 1,000 visitors a month primarily due to proactive marketing. The CRE program is prominently displayed on this website.
